Monthly Client  Newsletter  Set  Up

Newsletters are scheduled electronically to be sent out the middle of every month.

You must be set up with a Better Homes email address and a Linku login and password in order for the Newsletter Mail Campaign to associate your client contact list to your email address. (See Office Manager or Admin)

Information required for set up:

BHNJ Office Name and Address

Office phone & fax numbers

Your full name as it appears on license.  (nick name in parentheses)

Cell number / BHNJ Email address    

Any designations you want to appear.

Email a professional photo in Jpeg format to Nina@BetterHomesUS.com

Once your information is set up on the Newsletter Mail Campaign site,an email will be sent to you for confirmation.

Click on the email link which will then associate clients that you have set up in your linkurealty.com web site to your newsletter account.

It is required that you have 25 or more clients set up in your linku site under the client newsletter tab.

A draft newsletter will be sent to you for your review around the middle of each month.

If there are changes needed I must be notified within 2 business days.

Generic Information is supplied from the NJAR site and other Real Estate websites that offer information to the public.
